A tart, punchy sour brewed with fresh Ontario elderberries, hibiscus, and dried hawthorn berries. Bringing big jammy berry energy, with flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, cranberry and pomegranate, and a hint of earthy depth from the hawthorn and elderberry. It’s smooth, bright, and pours a lovely ruby-red.
