Join us for a Chocolate Workshop at Grain&Grit with the sweetest people we know, Christy's Gourmet Gifts! Make some sweet chocolate treats for your Valentine, or to enjoy yourself (we’re not judging!).

Here’s more information about the workshop:

We’ll begin with tasting an assortment of chocolate from around the world and then we will jump into a hands-on workshop. You’ll learn about the art of hand tempering chocolate using traditional tabling methods and we’ll explain the concept of blooming and how to make chocolate shine and snap.

We will share the remarkable journey of bean to bar and explain how the cacao fruit is transformed into the chocolate.

Participants will make their own chocolate masterpieces to bring home by dipping and decorating items such as strawberries, marshmallows, sponge toffee, potato chips, licorice, pretzels, and more.

A flight of beer is included in the ticket price.
