A 60-minute yoga practice suitable for all levels, followed by a refreshing beverage!

SATURDAY, APRIL 27TH AT 10:30AM-12PM

Bring your yoga mat, water and wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in

Spend your Saturday morning releasing tension in your body and your mind by moving through mindful stretches and postures while building a connection to your breath. Julia will guide you through movement that develops strength and flexibility while fostering a relationship between your mind, body & breath. Guided breathwork & Shavasana included.

Julia is a yoga teacher and forever student. She discovered yoga during a stormy season of life as a means to move her body and improve her mental health. She developed a daily yoga practice and began reading about yoga and yoga philosophy. This sparked her fire and passion for yoga. Yoga provides Julia with a deeper and healthier relationship to herself and others. Noticing how yoga had made such a drastic, positive change in her life, she knew she wanted to study yoga further, and share the practice with others. Julia completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 in Gibsons, British Columbia, followed by a 75 hour Vinyasa Training in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has been teaching full-time since.
