Join us for an intimate Beer Pairing Dinner with Chef Scott Bailey of City Farm Catering!

Don’t miss this amazing dinner in the tap room with one of the best chef’s in Hamilton! You’ll get a delicious three course meal that has been specifically designed to pair with three of our beers. The menu is unique to this event only. Chef Scott will guide you through each course, and our team will take you through each beer and why it pairs so well with the food.

Your ticket includes a welcome beer, three course meal, and beer pairings for each course. Non-alcoholic pairings are also available.

FIRST // Cheese & Mushrooms Toast – Freshly Made Ricotta Cheese on Our Buttery Toasted House Focaccia with Pan Roasted Mixed Mushroom & Shallot Beurre Blanc 

SECOND // Braised Short Rib on Crispy Yukon Gold Potato Gnocchi with Celeriac Cream, Demi-Glace & Pickled Green Onion Vinaigrette 

LAST // Spiced Pear Cake with Bourbon Custard & Vanilla Bean Chantilly
