About Chef Christine Mast
Chef Christine Mast is a Toronto Native who started working in restaurants at the age of 18. She now has 20 years of experience working throughout Toronto and Canada as a cook, Chef and Butcher. Throughout the years she has worked at notable restaurants such as Canoe, North 44 and Colborne Lane and most recently as Executive Chef at Two Sisters Vineyards in Niagara on the Lake.
She’s passionate about local food products, supporting small food businesses and butcher shops. Her cooking approach leans towards an honest yet bold approach to flavours and ingredients. Keeping things simple and elegant with big flavours.
Currently, Christine is working as a consulting chef for new restaurant business openings throughout Ontario as well as running food and beverage concepts throughout Ontario.
