We’re SO EXCITED to release our newest beer — a special collab with our friends over at Humble Bee! The beer is called Queen Bee and it’s a sour ale brewed with honey, lavender-infused hops and chamomile!

Humble Bee is an urban bee farm based in Hamilton. Humble Bee uses organic and ethical practices to keep bees healthy and happy. They run classes to teach aspiring beekeepers and others who are interested in beekeeping. They also raise queen bees to support beekeepers across Canada. The end goal is to produce healthier bees that can survive the challenging conditions pollinators are facing today, for a food secure future. That is something to raise a glass to!

Humble Bee will be at the brewery from 4-7pm on Friday, November 29th, offering free tastings of different local honeys found in the Hamilton area and honey will also be available for sale. Luc will also be giving a short talk about Urban Beekeeping and answering all of your bee-related questions.
