David Burns, a championship oyster shucker from Maisy's Pearl will teach you all that you need to know about the oyster as well as how to find the sweet spot in order to open a perfect oyster every time, something every oyster lover should know how to do.
This 1.5 hour class includes: oyster theory and education (sustainability, farming practices, varieties, etc.) as well as instruction on how to shuck the perfect oyster! 12 oysters with our 3 signature sauces, a shucking knife, and a 12oz. Grain&Grit beer! Classes are interactive where questions are encouraged and fun banter abounds!
