We’re thrilled to welcome Solkari, a brand-new Hamilton-based food vendor, to the brewery for dinner this Saturday, March 15th, from 6-9pm!

Founded by Rajiv Rao, Solkari brings bold, comforting Indian flavors with a fresh, creative twist. After an unforgettable tasting, we knew we had to bring his incredible flavors to you!

On the menu:
🍤 Goan Shrimp Curry ($18) – Succulent shrimp sautéed in spices, simmered in tamarind and coconut milk. Rich, fragrant, and impossible to resist.
🍛 Butter Chicken ($14) – A velvety, spice-kissed classic with deep flavors of cardamom and cloves. Comfort food at its finest.
🌱 Masoor Dal with Spinach & Tofu ($14) – A nourishing bowl of red lentils, crumbled tofu, and spinach, all simmered in garlic, spices, and coconut milk.
