Mystic Ramen will be here for dinner on Saturday, August 6th! They’ll be serving an Izakaya menu from 6-9pm.
Here’s a sample of their menu:
Yaki Soba:
A delicious fried noodle dish with salty, sweet and sour sauce, pork belly, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, onions, aonori, and pickled ginger.
Karaage:
Fried chicken! Japanese style, served with a yuzu aioli.
Edamame: (vegan/GF)
Plain sea salt or sauced (olive oil, preserved Meyer lemon, roasted garlic and truffle salt.)
Potato Salada: (GF)
Japanese potato salad made with kewpie mayo, locally grown fingerling potatoes, sweet local corn, carrots, cucumbers, and green beans, black forest ham, and egg. A long-standing Japanese Izakaya classic!
Green Bean Gomaae: (vegan/GF)
Local green beans topped with gomae dressing: a sweet and savoury sesame sauce.
Moyashi (vegan/GF)
Seasoned bean sprout salad with our house made pickled shiitake mushrooms.
