This collab with our friends at Dear Grain has been years in the making, and it brings together our shared love of fermentation, craft, and community in a way that’s totally new for us.
We brewed Breaking Bread with 30 kilos of Dear Grain’s signature sourdough, giving this pale ale a unique depth and character. On the nose, you’ll get notes of peach, crusty bread and lemon. On the palate, it’s all about grapefruit, sourdough crust and a hint of pine on the finish — crisp, refreshing, and medium-bodied with serious West Coast IPA vibes.
And to top it off, it’s brewed with 100% Ontario-grown Cascade and Centennial hops.
